  • What time can I arrive? And what time do we need to vacate? You can arrive from 3pm onwards; please let us know when you intend to arrive as we will be there to greet you. The AGA is extremely simple to use, and between the 2 cookers we have cooked a Christmas dinner for 28! All crockery, pots and pans and glassware is provided. We have 2 large fridge-freezers and 2 dishwashers for you to use. There is also a hob and small fridge in the bunkhouse

There is space for 22 guests around picnic tables in our covered BBQ area outside

  • Do supermarkets deliver to the house? Yes, Waitrose, Sainsburys, ASDA and Tesco all deliver to the house and this is a popular option with our guests

  • What if I need to cancel my holiday? Sadly we are not able to offer refunds for cancelled holidays, the full balance would still be owed - we therefore recommend that guests take out adequate travel insurance prior to booking. We will do our utmost to transfer the holiday to alternate dates if given sufficient notice to resell the original dates, but guests would need to pay any price difference between them

  • What do I need to bring? An initial supply of tea bags, coffee, kitchen towel and toilet paper are provided, but guests will need to bring additional supplies for their group - particularly if staying for a full week

  • What is the postcode for OGM? For security reasons we are only able to give guests the postcode once the full balance has been paid, please contact us if you need more specific area information in the meantime
