Making the very most of our animals is at the heart of our small-scale, low-impact farming philosophy at Lower House Farm. So what better way to showcase our grass-fed and free-range meat boxes than in our seasonal meat boxes, synchronising with the natural ebb and flow of both rural life and the mood in our kitchens. Think slow-roasting joints and earthy flavours in autumn, richly braised meats and festive comforts in winter, tender cuts and vibrant herbs in spring through to lively marinades and quick-cook simplicity for summer. 

Each box will contain a selection of fresh and cooked meat as well as charcuterie from our farm, all butchered and prepared by us on site - as well as our own recipes and suggestions on how to use your meat.
